Facilities Services manages and maintains the classrooms, lab space, landscaping, administration and general purpose space on the Corvallis campus. Exceptions are:
- University Housing and Dining manages maintenance in all residence halls and dining halls.
- Memorial Union Building Services manages maintenance in the Memorial Union and for all Cultural Resource Centers.
- Athletics manages the maintenance of many of its facilities.
