Leasing & Strategic Real Property Management supports the mission of Oregon State University by providing strategic oversight of all OSU real property interests.
Established in 2008, the Office of Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management works throughout the state of Oregon and wherever Beaver Nation enjoys real property interests.
We are the stewards of Oregon State University’s real property. We provide real estate expertise and building management partnerships that bring innovation, efficiency and value to our community.

The office of Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management is tasked with overall stewardship and comprehensive oversight of the university’s real property resources, including tracking, managing and implementing strategies relating to the sale, acquisition and leasing of University real property, in a stakeholder-inclusive manner, aligning with the needs and objectives of the University as a whole.
