The Office of Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management supports the mission of Oregon State University by providing strategic oversight of all OSU real property interests.
Established in 2008, the Office of Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management works throughout the state of Oregon and wherever Beaver Nation enjoys real property interests.
We are the stewards of Oregon State University’s real property. With active leases in all of Oregon’s 36 counties and working within the framework of Prosperity Widely Shared: The Oregon State Plan, we provide real property expertise, transaction services, stewardship of real property assets and partnerships that bring innovation, efficiency and value across Oregon.
