Below is a list of capital renewal initiatives for which we will receive $32 million in state funding in May 2023, plus an additional $10 million for cost escalation for capital renewal associated with Cordley Hall and the Arts and Education Complex. Each initiative consists of a list of projects and their approximate cost. The capital renewal projects were prioritized using the following criteria:
