005-02: Parking Assets as Construction Sites

A. POLICY

All efforts will be made to avoid selecting a parking lot as a construction site if the lot is still being depreciated as a capital asset.

B. PROCEDURE

Transportation Services and Capital Planning and Resources will review their capital plans annually to identify upcoming investments in parking assets and coordinate with other campus capital plans.
